When a customer applies, they will be asked if they are interested in taking advantage of our hello15 offer.
If they are, we will contact the customer before their loan starts to set up their additional hello15 payments.
As long as the customer stays on top of their payments, they will seamlessly pay off their loan in 15 weeks.
What if a customer changes their mind or misses a payment? Not a problem, the customer will receive a call from Snap asking if they wish to continue with their hello15 payments. If not, they will simply revert to the classic 15 month payment schedule.
